Excited

I'm excited and looking forward to February! I have a lot of things to do in the coming days especially with finalizing "tornado's" baptism. I also have to finish all the things I have to buy for family and friends back home. I did some online shopping earlier--thank God for Amazon. No tax and free shipping. I still have to get the weight loss pills that my cousin wants me to get her. She has read many good reviews plus it's not that expensive. She has tried different kinds of weight loss pills already sadly none of those have worked for her so hopefully this will. I have an long busy day ahead of me again tomorrow. I'm not complaining though. The days go by sooo much faster when I'm super busy.

Black Friday

I'm so excited for next week as it is only a 3 day work week for T and of course because it's thanksgiving. Another thing to look forward too is of course black friday sale. It's time to start with Christmas shopping. I've been reading a lot of possible good deals for that weekend and my cousin has sent me a link online so I could buy her what they say is the tried and tested best acne products being sold right now. I do hope I get good deals.

Christmas Shopping

It's never to early to start with Christmas shopping. Especially for me, since I cannot go out of the house for now. Well, I could but I'm opting to stay home as I think it'll be to hard to be driving around with an infant at the back of the car in a car seat. I wouldn't know on what to do once he starts crying. Anyhow, I'm already on a look out for good deals online. My uncle already said he wants new cutting tools for Christmas. For the rest on my list, I really don't know on what to get them. I should really finish the list soon though because before I know it, it'll be December already.

Online Shopping

I should be finishing the thank you cards that we need to send out but I've been side tracked again. I've finished 7 and then I remembered I wanted to check on something over at amazon so instead of finishing up on my thank you cards, I spent the last 45 mins doing online shopping. I was able to buy a few things online for "tornado", anti aging products for my mom and a book for me. Online shopping is therapy. I have been feeling low today so it got me a little happy. Lucky me I didn't really need to pay for anything since I just used the gift card we have. yey for online shopping!

Shopping

I have not bought anything for myself in a month. I think that is a good thing. Other than nothing fits me right now, I got new maternity clothes from my mom and hand me downs from my SIL. I should be good with the clothes I have now. It's good for our savings too.
Not buying anything though does not stop me from looking at sale items online. Just looking for now and taking note of things I like. Most of the items I'm looking at are for "tornado" and the house.

Birth Announcement

I'm no where near giving birth but I'm already looking at photo birth announcements. Talk about being excited. lol. A friend is giving birth in August so we have been sharing our internet finds. Good thing everything one would need is available already online. It's a nice thing for pregnant woman as it saves her a trip to the mall. Not that going to the mall is no fun because it is. But when one is really big already and ready to pop, online shopping is such a great thing.

First Time

This morning for the first time I drove alone. I have to get used to driving and badly needs to cross it out of my to accomplish list. I have had that goal for years! To drive is a must and I am so proud of myself for having done so this morning. No freeway driving yet though. Just driving to the grocery. I even parked and I think I did a good job at that too. Good thing I had to get some of the pills I saw online at appetitesuppressantreviews.net to be sent back home to Manila for a cousin. Tomorrow I should drive again.

Seriously!

We have to stop going to Target as we almost always end up buying a lot of things. Just to many nice and affordable items at Target and not to miss are the clearance items. I'm just saying this now I know but I will end up going to target again when I think of something to buy. Thank God for gift cards we have received as we got buy a few things we needed without spending money. We got to buy magazines also that had an article about Ferrari parts that T had been looking for. Not that we are buying a Ferrari soon but he just needs it for work.

Online Shopping

My good friend from college is celebrating her birthday next week and since I was not able to get her anything for Christmas either I am now on full shopping mode trying to find the perfect gifts for her. Good thing their are now more choice with regards to online shops that are based in manila where I can buy her gifts and just have it sent to her house. That saves me a lot of money since I don't have to worry about shipping. I now appreciate online shopping more than before. I used to not like it since I end up missing the malls but I have recently appreciated it more simply because it makes things a lot easier.

SB planner

After 17 cups of coffee, I was finally able to complete the stickers last Sunday for my Starbucks planner. The timing was perfect as I would usually go to my favorite Starbucks branch to study. It's not only the time of the year to collect the stickers for the planner but also I look forward to the red cups because of Toffee Nut. The Dark Cherry Mocha is really good too. I used to like the Peppermint Mocha but not anymore.
I don't want to think of all the calories and all the weight I gained with drinking coffee just to complete the stickers. Also the money I could have saved and used to buy myself a BCBG Max Azria bag. Then again, this happens only during the Christmas season and the planner was just to nice to resist.

Mental

Is a new store with branches at Trinoma, MarketMarket and SM Annex. The clothes are really cute and funky. This store caught my attention because of how their window looked...

I liked a few of their tops and would have wanted to try them on but my friends were already waiting for me so I just ended up with buying an orange headband. I do want to go back to purchase some cute bag tags that they've got which is a perfect gift idea this Christmas.

I was thinking of buying 3 of the POS systems for my shopaholic friends.

Shoe Shopping

I planned on taking a nap for an hour or two but shoe shopping has prevented me from doing so. I didn't have the intention of buying new shoes. I'm on a shopping ban but I can't help myself from buying Naot shoes. I would have to say that it was i have to buy it on first sight feeling. I just knew had to put it on my cart and click on the check out button. Good thing they still have it on my size.

It's such a cutie right? Perfect to wear with shorts or jeans! I know, I'm trying so hard to justify my purchase. Teehee.

Melissa Shoes

It was a good idea that I didn't go to the MYOH as if I went there, I would definitely have no reason to buy any one of these. Im just undecided on what to get. I like all but would have to just get one. I really like the Love Fu design but can't seem to decide on what color to get. Im thinking white since it would match everything but i love the pink and the gold one too. Im liking Sin II not only because of the style but alos because it's Php1,000 cheaper than the Love Fu design.
Love Li is truly LOVELY! I tried this one already when we went to Shangri-la and it was really comfortable.
They have a really cute gladiator sandals too....Mystery.

With all the nice stuff, I don't know what to buy. I have been going back to the website and Im still undecided on what to get. If I only had the budget, I'ld buy all. teehee!

Threadless & Teekals

I was just surfing a few nights back, trying to look for hotels in London for my boss and to my surprise I ended up at the Threadless website. I love their shirts and I was so happy as they were on sale. I got myself some $5.00 shirts! I would have gotten more but some of the designs I liked were no longer available in my size. If I had just found the diet pill that works, I could have ended up getting more shirts since I could buy shirts at extra small. Nonetheless, Im happy with my purchases.

it's raining outside and i want to go shopping. weird! i think im just thinking of a reason to go to Trinoma and eat some red mango and krispy kreme. but im not giving in to temptation. im staying home today and will study after work. i have to remind myself that to study is top priority. maybe i can get some shopping done online and get the Dansko sandals i have been thinking of buying for my mom.

batteries

i was thinking of going to the mall today to buy nimh batteries for my digital camera. i have 4 i currently use but i have been having problems with them already. the battery life is now shorter. i have been using the batteries for more than a year now and i really do need to change them already. i found cheaper batteries online though and have opted to buy online instead of going to the mall.

time to do business

my cousin and i are venturing into a new business. we areto sell statement shirts. she does all the work though in terms of designing and the actual production. i am tasked to do the selling and marketing of the shirts. we should have started the business before Christmas but we weren't really ready yet and we didn't want to push it just because of the season. anyhow, we are determined to be able to launch the business within the first two months of the year.



part of our marketing strategies is to put up a website as our online store so that we could also capture the international market (yes, we are going and dreaming big!). i got an ashop commerce shopping cart software to start us with our online store. the software is really easy to use and customisable which is really important with us. since our business is statement shirts with really funky designs, we need to come up with a funky website too. the ashop plan we got is also affordable even for starters like us and we get the support that we need.

hopefully, everything will go well from here on. we are just keeping our fingers crossed we get to meet our targets within the first two quarters of the year. will keep you guys posted as soon as the site is up.

as seen on tv

if i get to bored watching tv shows, i always end up watching as seen on tv infomercials. watching it makes me most of the time grab the phone to buy an item. they have a 30 day guarantee for one so i could try the item first and return them if im not satisfied. one of those i have always wanted to buy is the floam. maybe, i'll have to try buying one of these days.

cab guard

toto strikes again! my cousin toto loves his truck (a sport trac) like his children. they live in bacolod but goes to manila if their is a car show. anyhoo, he has been bugging me to order an accessory for his truck. he saw cab guards. he has been wanting to get one but couldn't see the exact design he likes here in manila. he wants me to order it for him online. i told him that the cost of shipping would be really expensive but he is willing to pay for it since the design is something that he really likes. boys will be boys.
