i went boxing saturday and even if my body ached the whole day of sunday, i had super fun. it really is a good excersice and the jog and the stretching during my first 15 mins made me pant like a dog. when i thought i was done, my trainor told me we were not yet done as i needed to do abdominal excersices. he tortured me! i was really close to crying. but despite that, i did have fun.
funny bec im into boxing but i don't know how to jump rope! promise, i tried but i really couldn't. i told kuya al, we should skip that part of the training. it's 3 minutes wasted bec i really couldn't skip rope. i hopefully get to box this week again.
and i want this.
