Glee

I'm sad that I have actually missed out on Glee. I have not watched a single episode for the current season. The same goes with all my other favorite TV show. We do have cable in the hotel but since we go out for dinner and go to check on the house, by the time we get back to the hotel I missed on the TV show already. I can't relate on when how friends talk about Glee. I miss our DVR and I can't wait for us to get back in the house.

Master Chef

I'm a reality TV show junkie. A new addition to the list of TV shows that I now watch is Master Chef. This is the first season it's shown in US TV but I believe it has been existing in other countries. It came at a perfect time as the latest season of hell's kitchen has just ended and then this show has started. Watching this show and Top Chef makes me want to be a chef though. Add that to my long list of "what i want to be". lol.

Biggest Loser

I was told by my Aunt that she's giving me 6 months to gain weight. I know it would be even shorter if I don't watch what I eat. Food is very cheap and comes in big servings here in the US. No wonder one contestant for this season's biggest loser weighs more than 520lbs. I wonder how high his life insurance rates is or if he is even qualified for one. I can only imagine how much food he eats that he ended up weighing that much. Looking forward to seeing on how far he'll go in the biggest loser camp and on how much weight he loses.

Extreme Makeover Home Edition

This is one TV show that never fails to make me close to crying and often times cry. I love how they help other people with doing makeovers of their homes but ultimately changing their lives. I'm always at awe of how the houses turn out. They are always beautiful and I end up dreaming of owning a house like those they build too. What's amazing is they finish the house in one week! Building a house in a week is no joke so you can only imagine the sacrifice the workers go through just to finish the project for the week. I love how they carefully plan every detail of the house from the living room, bedrooms, backyards and bathrooms. I can't wait to furnish our own home soon and I have been looking at Grohe faucets already for the bathroom to use. Just a few more months to wait!

Glee!

I love Glee!

I actually love it that September has come (and gone) and that means new season for my favorite US TV shows. I usually follow Grey's Anatomy, House, Private Practice and Gossip Girl. Add to this are Hell's kitchen, Top Chef and Project Runway. Two new shows has been added to the list and that's FlashForward (will blog about this show next time) and Glee.

Glee is like High School Musical but way better. It's something I look forward too every week. I was lucky to squeeze in time to watch the new episode while I was waiting for the industrial safety supplies my Uncle ordered that i had to pick up from the warehouse.

I have to admit it that I'm a GLEEK!

Finally

After weeks of waiting, 3 if I remember it correctly their will be new episodes of Gossip Girl (currently downloading) and Grey's Anatomy this week. For some reason, I have been downloading a lot of movies, series and audiobooks again. Im excited the most for Grey's Anatomy and on what will happen to Izzie. McDreamy is not a Mcdreamy for me anymore. He looks so old already. It's about time they add a new character that might spice up the show a bit.

reasons i heart torrent:

1. I now have audiobook copies of the shopaholic series.

2. I get to watch the new season of hell's kitchen.

3. Other than hell's kitchen, i get my weekly dose of gossip girl.

4. Not to forget is Grey's Anatomy.

5. I get to watch the movies i missed without buying DVD's.

6. Saves me money.

7. I get good materials for the NCLEX review too.

8. Did i already mention it's free?

American Idol

I am an American Idol fan. Love it!

This season, im hoping that either Danny Gokey or Adam Lambert wins.

To be honest Im an Anoop fan too.

It was sad to see Scott go but I was pretty sure he was not going to make it to the finals.

`Lil is next to go. Used to like her going to the top 13 but she has become pretty boring.

Allison though is really talented but im annoyed of the red hair...just me, ok.

Matt and Kris are to go after `Lil and probably Anoop.

Talking about AI...the two David's of last season are having a concert. I want to watch!

i have been neglecting my blogs for the past few days. bad blogger. i have been playing my computer games and today, i started watching gossip girl. i have been told by a friend before that the series is nice and they tetet mentioned the series again last friday. after church sunday, i bought the dvd and started watching it this afternoon. im now hooked!

i love torrent!

everything and anything i need i could download from torrent. i get the games i play from torrent. i get my weekly dose of grey's anatomy, house md, pushing daisies, and private practice from torrent (not the past weeks though bec no new episodes are being aired bec of the writer's strike). apart from my tv series, i was also able to get a copy of for one more day movie which is super nice. AND right now, as i write this and finish all my tasks--im already downloading the movie P.S. i love you. im keeping my fingers crossed though that it's clear. three more hours of downloading to go!

it's back!

american gladiators is back. the show is to be hosted by my all time favorite wrestler hulk hogan (yes, i like wrestling) and laila ali.

so many new tv shows to watch out for 2008! love it.

ellen de generes guested charisse pempengco the other day. she first saw charisse in you tube and flew her to the states to sing live on the show. the girl is very talented and if given the right opportunities would really make it in the US. ellen gave her an ipod touch since the girl lost her ipod on her trip to the US. medyo trying hard lang sa accent during the interview but when she sang, galing talaga. for those who were not able to watch the episode of ellen, here is a clip of it that i got from you tube.

i have stayed home the rest of the week apart from a quick trip to the grocery with mom and dad. i was really glad i was able to go out last night. traffic was really bad as yesterday was the last payday before christmas and a lot of the companies had their christmas party last night. with the traffic, the plan of going to serendra was scrapped and we just went to trinoma. had dinner and then watched enchanted which was a nice movie (ohh, i love mcdreamy!). after the movie just went around trinoma a bit and then went home.

i have spent half of today watching season 3 of hell's kitchen. i love hell's kitchen the only downside is it makes me really hungry. i am hoping to finish the third season tonight and get to finish my opps as well.

bummer!

skycable is cancelling the channels solar sports, ETC, second avenue, crime/suspense and jack tv. i really don't mind them cancelling jack tv and solar sports. the thing is they are to cancel ETC, second avenue and crime/suspense. how am i to watch ellen, today show, america's next top model, and my other favorite tv shows. gawd! im so sad.

bad trip!

marimar...aww!

i miss marimar. hahaha! my sister who recently went back to the states sent an email to provide her with update as to what happened to marimar. sad to say, i have only watched one episode since you left. that episode was the where marimar and sergio got back together and then broke up again after a few minutes. bad trip! teehee.

who watches marimar? i do! hahaha. when it first started, i didn't really watch it but i started watching about three weeks ago. when it's marimar being shown on tv, i stop studying and just watch tv. addict! super funny also the scenes with fulgoso (marimar's dog). i really hope though that they stick to the original story line. yes, i also watched marimar before sa channel 9 staring thalia. hahaha!

abc addict

one of the new shoes from abc is pushing daisies. love it! i downloaded the pilot episode already and i really enjoyed watching it. will have to download the other episodes this week, but watching the other episodes will have to wait till december. private practice which is a spin off of grey's anatomy is also nice. another series that caught my attention is who is samantha?. i will try to download pilot episode on tuesaday as the show is yet to premiere tom in the states.

if you are a tv junkie like me, start downloading na. caution: very addicting nga lang.

i heart torrent. it's so good to be able to just download the episodes and not wait for the dvd from my suking dvd store. as for my other favorites which are heroes and house, i have decided to just borrow from what my cousin is downloading and just watch it after the boards. december is rewards month! :D

eat bulaga

bheng and i have always wanted to watch a eat bulaga live. i have always enjoyed the noon time show even as a kid. thanks to a good friend karen we were able to watch with my mom's balikbayan friends last saturday. it was a dream come true. we had a blast! what made it more fun was my tita's number being chosen for the "itaktak" mo portion of the show. she was able to breeze through the game and played for the jackpot portion. she almost won the car but she still went home with Php32,000. not bad.
